The theme this month was {Shooting Through} and it was chosen by Lynne Grant Photography. Last Christmas my son had brought me a triangular prism and it has sat for a while. So the prism went on vacation to the Keys with us recently. What I will say is that I did try. Not very successfully. I really wanted all the rainbows but I was just glad to get something after all. Here is my first attempt at using a prism. I know it requires more work 🙂
Thank you for joining me for this month’s Share Six blog post. This is a circle blog. From the sneak peak images I have seen, you are going to want to follow the circle. Please take time to visit my friend and very talented artist Ceri Herd Photography and see what she has for you this month. Keep following the circle to see what the other photographers have shared this month. Don’t forget to leave a little love on their page as well.

Great job, Sharleen! Prisms are so tricky. I have rarely got shots I’m happy with using mine, let alone six! I think the first is my favourite. I love the extra depth it gives.

Thanks Ceri – I kept getting reflections from the plants behind me. It was challenging.

You created some amazingly cool effects with the prism, Sharleen – each image is intriguing and causes me to linger to ponder its depth. My favorite is the rainbow “sky” over the ocean – such texture!
